Passed away peacefully in his parents arms at the wellington hospital on Friday the 27th of March 2026 aged 12 days.

Dearly loved son of Zac and Steph.

Absolutely cherished by all his family.

A service for Theo will be held at the Kelvin Grove Crematorium Chapel, 118 James Line Palmerston North on Thursday the 2nd of April 2026 at 2pm.

The family have asked if you could please wear some green to the service to remember their boy.
